To celebrate its 60th anniversary, Isbrec is organizing a series of five meetings that will accompany us until December.
The series, titled “Italy: a nation without borders,” will help us reflect on the idea of a nation, on how this concept has evolved from the late 19th century to fascism, and will allow us to question this concept in relation to republican Italy and some significant turning points in our history, from the partisan struggle to the transition between the first and second republics, up to the theme of borders and their permeability.
This second meeting is titled: Between the first and second republic. Materials for a seminar.
Prof. Vincenzo D’Alberto has been a teacher of history and philosophy in high schools. He focuses on local history and contemporary history.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
