POR FESR 2020-2020, Axis 3. Action 3.3.4 D - D.G.R. no. 1426/2019.
"Call for the activation, development, consolidation of SME aggregations for interventions that favour the orientation towards tourism demand and international markets - Promotion". DGR n.1392 of 16/09/2020 application for support ID 10347796.

The Veneto Rivers Experience project, which is expressed in the commercial brand Veneto Rivers Holiday, intends to develop and promote, with a transversal offer, coherent and synergic with the strategies of each project partner BOD, a new way of reading and experiencing a territory strongly characterised by the presence of water not only from a geographical point of view but also from a historical, cultural, anthropological, ethnographic, social, sporting and human point of view.

Project partners are: DMO Dolomites; Città d'Arte e Ville Venete del Territorio Trevigiano; DMO Caorle; OGD Jesolo-Eraclea

Bringing together these elements, which are so significant for the Veneto territory and its people, under a single tourism vision, through an offer organised in a unitary and multiple way at the same time, is a complex and challenging operation, but it is certainly already underway, which over time will need support for the best and quickest valorisation in favour of the new needs of national and European markets that seek sustainable ways to experience the territory and smart answers to the personal motivations of each tourist. Furthermore, the creation of a structured network of tourism enterprises connecting the main UNESCO sites (Dolomites, Prosecco Hills, Venetian and its Lagoon) across the rivers, will make it possible to highlight and make known to national and European tourists the heritage present in the transit territories among the main attractions of the region, while favouring their de-congestion and, consequently, promoting a more sustainable tourism development for the entire regional territory.

The call for proposals for the activation, development, consolidation of SME aggregations for interventions that favour the orientation towards tourism demand and international markets financed within the framework of the POR FESR 2020-2020 - Action 3.3.4, Sub-Action D (DGR N. 1392 of 16/09/2020) has been recognised as eligible for a non-repayable contribution of € 385,966.91 against a total planned investment of € 490,651.45.
