On Saturday, 15th and Sunday, 16th, there will be a Cooking Show "Pastin Gourmet - The Valleys on the Table" in Piazza Duomo, two days to tell the authentic flavor of the Dolomites, focusing on the Pastin, artisan butchers, gourmet chefs, and local tourism operators.
The event celebrates the Pastin, a symbol of Dolomite culinary identity, narrating the deep connection between taste, territory, and tradition. The star will be the Belluno Valleys, with their landscapes, authentic flavors, and the stories of those who safeguard and renew the culture of local food every day. The program includes meetings, tastings, and immersive experiences dedicated to enhancing artisanal productions and discovering the gastronomic heritage of the Dolomites.
Leading the audience on this journey will be Marco Colognese, a food critic among the most authoritative voices in Italian cuisine, and Adua Villa, a sommelier and storyteller of the wine world, who will conduct the tastings with expertise and sensitivity, proposing pairings with local wines.
