XIV edition of the conference cycle Mystic, Music and Medicine
concept by Elena Modena
In the form of the arc, the breath of humanity is depicted, between heaven and earth.
Shared knowledge, rediscovered legacies, transversal crossings of sensitivities, experiences, knowledge. The arc is an ideal figure of a rooted path that manifests in the impetus, an inspiring source of authentic dialogue, where the parts sustain each other for a common good without sacrificing, uniting without overpowering, fostering personal growth without enclosing. Turning the gaze to the most distant past – the traditions, indeed – one can grasp its generosity: a legacy that, if believed, can be revisited also in light of the specificities and needs of this time, which can experience it as a pulsating heritage. Not only that; a legacy that can reveal itself in its possibly underground but real motion of transmission, to draw bridges, resonances, connections, to unveil the desire for inner research, depth in listening and observing. In the possible connections and arched paths between places, eras, symbols, there lies the restitution of the image of the human being in unity with itself and with the Divine, in harmony between oneself and the created world.
Saturday, October 18, at 9:00 PM Pieve di sant’Andrea di Bigonzo The Song of the Cross, listening-meditation InUnum ensemble. Elena Modena, Anna Passarini, Ilario Gregoletto, voices and medieval instruments
