Marco and Pippo, the only duo that is a trio, return to the stage with a new comedic-theatrical adventure where everything, but really everything, is… incalmà.
In Veneto, it means “grafted,” and indeed in the show, historical and some new characters from the famous trio find themselves intertwined like the branches of an old tree that has decided to laugh heartily.
The scene is a condominium populated by a gallery of memorable characters, each with their own story that – in absurd, poetic, and irresistibly comedic ways – ends up fitting together with those of others.
Among lightning-fast gags, the Veneto dialect that smells like home, musical moments, and that fresh and surreal comedy typical of Marco and Pippo, the audience is swept into a vortex of hilarious situations… where the only rule is: laugh!
But, between one laugh and another, “Incalmati” also reminds us that we are all connected, all “grafted”: human beings who, despite being different, aim in the same direction – the brightest of all: happiness.
