Screening of the documentary "La Notte del Conte Rosso" with the presence of director Mario Bonetti.
May 24, 1941, the steamship Conte Rosso, an ocean liner requisitioned by the fascist regime during wartime, is sunk by a British submarine off the coast of Syracuse. 1297 soldiers died at sea that night. It was one of the greatest disasters in the history of the Italian Navy.
In case of rain, the screening will take place at the Civic Center.
