Readings, movement games and breathing, rhythms, and mantra chants will animate an afternoon to be spent together, dedicated to well-being and fun. With Valentina Zocca from the BarchettaBlu Association.
On Thursday, March 19th, at the Civic Library of Jesolo, there will be the event: "The Day of the Sun and the Day of the Moon," dedicated to children and families:
- from 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM, children aged 1-3 years can participate
- from 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM, children aged 4-6 years can participate
The sun and the moon accompany us every day with their cycle, creating day and night, light and shadow. What can we learn by observing the sky? And how can we dance with them? Through small stories and yoga games, we will move like rays of sunlight stretching, like the moon changing shape, and like stars shining in the sky
The activity requires active and participatory involvement from the accompanying adults.
