The Community – Home Jesolo – its meaning and its value, will be the central theme of the event organized by the cultural association Mons. Marcato with the sponsorship and support of the Municipal Administration, on Friday, June 5 at 9:00 p.m.
At the church of San Giovanni Battista in Jesolo, the choir Edesse will present a concert of popular and sacred songs of the Armenian people who have experienced the suffering of the diaspora.
The 10th anniversary of the display of the Crucifix from the 14th century, which belonged to the church of San Giovanni Battista, will also be celebrated. A historic, cultural, and especially community event that has involved the entire city for this "family jewel" that was rediscovered after being lost to trace and memory.
The event adheres to the initiative "The Long Night of Churches," promoted nationally with the sponsorship of the Pontifical Dicastery for Culture and Education.
