REGULATIONS
1. Participation in social outings is open to members of all Sections of CAI and to
supporters.
2. Participation in social outings involves knowledge of and acceptance of the
present regulations.
3. For transfer trips, the use of personal vehicles is generally expected; the cost of
any transport facilities, buses, or taxis is the responsibility of the participants.
4. The Coordinator of the outing has the authority to modify the program or cancel it
for reasons of opportunity or necessity, and reserves the right to refuse registration or
exclude at any time participants who, in their sole judgment, are not
suitable due to lack of preparation or discipline.
5. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or another adult authorized by the same
with prior consent from the Coordinator.
6. Participants must:
a) inquire at the time of registration with the Coordinator of the outing about the
characteristics and difficulties of the outing and the necessary equipment, ensuring their
technical and physical preparation for the excursion;
b) scrupulously observe the instructions given by the Coordinator of the outing;
c) not stray from the group or take personal initiatives without the authorization of the
Coordinator of the outing.
7. Registrations: are mandatory and are received by phone at the number of the
trip coordinator (SMS will not be accepted) at least 48 hours before the start
of the outing (free for CAI members).
Non-members must also send an email to caprile@cai.it specifying:
surname and name, date and place of birth, full address, tax code, and phone
number at least 48 hours before the start of the outing; the registration fee,
including insurance, is €10.00, which will not be refunded in case of
cancellation. Any bookings received after this deadline will not be accepted.
8. Liability
Considering the risks associated with mountain activities and transfer trips, participants in
the excursions confirm that they have read, accepted, and will adhere to the present
regulations and the CAI regulations, scrupulously observing the instructions issued by
the Coordinator of the outing and acting with the utmost diligence and respect.
Participants release the CAI CAPRILE Section, the
Coordinator of the outing, and any of their collaborators from any
liability for damages to property owned by them or in their
possession that may occur during the outing or during
transfer trips.
