REGULATIONS
1. Participation in social outings is open to members of all CAI Sections and to
supporters.
2. Participation in social outings implies knowledge and acceptance of the
present regulations.
3. For transfer trips, it is generally expected to use personal vehicles; the cost of
any lifting systems, buses, or taxis is to be borne by the participants.
4. The outing Coordinator has the authority to modify the program or cancel it
for reasons of opportunity or necessity, and reserves the right to not accept registrations or
exclude at any time participants who, in their sole discretion, are deemed
unsuitable due to lack of preparation or discipline.
5. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or another adult authorized by the same
in advance with the Coordinator's consent.
6. Participants must:
a) inquire at the time of registration with the outing Coordinator about the characteristics
and difficulties of the outing and the necessary equipment, ensuring their own
technical and physical preparation for the hike;
b) scrupulously observe the instructions given by the outing Coordinator;
c) not stray from the group or take personal initiatives without the authorization of the
outing Coordinator.
7. Registrations: are mandatory and can be made by phone at the number of the
trip coordinator (sms will not be accepted) at least 48 hours before the start
of the outing (free for CAI members).
Non-members must also send an email to the address caprile@cai.it specifying:
surname and name, date and place of birth, complete address, tax code and phone number at least 48 hours before the start of the outing; the registration fee,
including insurance, is € 10.00 which will not be refunded in case of
cancellation. Any bookings received after this deadline will not be accepted.
8. Responsibility
Given the risks associated with mountain activities and transfer trips, participants in excursions acknowledge, accept, and
observe these regulations and the rules of CAI, scrupulously adhering to
the instructions provided by the outing Coordinator and act with the utmost diligence
and correctness.
Participants release the CAI Section of CAPRILE, the
outing Coordinator, and any collaborators from any
responsibility for damage to their property or in their
availability that occurs during the outing or during the
transfer trips.
