REGULATIONS
1. Participation in social outings is open to members of all CAI Sections and to
sympathizers.
2. Participation in social outings entails knowledge and acceptance of the
present regulations.
3. For transfer trips, the use of personal means of transportation is generally expected; the cost of
any lifts, buses, or taxis is the responsibility of the participants.
4. The Coordinator of the outing has the authority to modify the program or cancel it
for reasons of opportunity or necessity and reserves the right not to accept enrollments or
to exclude at any time participants whom, in their sole discretion, are deemed
unsuitable due to lack of preparation or indiscipline.
5. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or another adult authorized by the same
with prior consent from the Coordinator.
6. Participants must:
a) be informed at the time of registration by the outing Coordinator about the characteristics
and difficulties of the outing and the necessary equipment, ensuring their own
technical and physical preparation for the excursion;
b) strictly observe the provisions given by the outing Coordinator;
c) not stray from the group or take personal initiatives without the authorization of the
outing Coordinator.
7. Registrations: are mandatory and will be accepted by phone at the number of the
outing coordinator (sms messages are not accepted) at least 48 hours before the start
of the outing (free for CAI members).
Non-members must also send an email to caprile@cai.it specifying:
surname and name, date and place of birth, complete address, tax code, and phone
number at least 48 hours before the start of the outing; the registration fee,
including insurance, is €10.00, which will not be refunded in case of
cancellation. Any bookings received after this deadline will not be accepted.
8. Liability
Considering the risks associated with mountain activities and transfer trips, participants in the excursions acknowledge, accept, and
observe the present regulations and the CAI regulations, scrupulously observing
the provisions given by the outing Coordinator and acting with the utmost diligence
and correctness.
Participants release the CAI Section of CAPRILE, the
outing Coordinator, and any collaborators from all
liability for damages to their property or in their
possession that occur during the outing or during
transfer trips.
