On Saturday, September 6th, at 8:00 PM at the Circolo Culturale Filò Nevegàl, there will be a dinner with tasting of various wine and food pairings (curated by Slow Food Belluno and Feltre and Bar Slalom), narrated by sommeliers and lovers of the territory, to enhance aromas and flavors on the table.
Menu
- opening with a tasting of local cheeses in various aging and cheese flan curated by the restaurant "La Casera";
- first course of herb risotto prepared by the restaurant "Pian Longhi";
- second course of venison stew with polenta prepared by the pizzeria and trattoria Dal Bó;
- closing dessert.
All dishes will be paired with quality wines from the wineries: De Bacco, Orsa Minore by Filippo De Martin, and Pian De Le Vette.
