From April 12th, one Sunday a month, a series of 8 thematic meetings dedicated to creating human connections, starting from the instinct to relate, rather than from the instinct to defend, at the Granaio di Villa Buzzati.

The soft and slow yoga practice, focused on breathing and full attention, to listen to what we feel in the body and understand why, rather than to achieve perfect and ambitious physical positions. The active engagement with other participants, to explore together who we are, and how to improve our human connections. The shared lunch - another way to establish relationships - and the walk in the woods.
What is human connection? It is the deep bond that forms between people when they feel seen, heard, understood, and valued. These are needs that we all have. They manifest as a sense of belonging, security, and sharing.
Why participate? “We live in a time when we can communicate technologically and instantly with anyone from anywhere in the world: nevertheless, we feel more disconnected from ourselves and each other than ever."
We are social beings and human connection is fundamental to our well-being. When I talk about human connection, I mean the deep bond that forms between people when they feel seen, heard, understood, and valued. These are needs that we all have. The YOGA & HUMAN CONNECTION pathway is designed to try to meet these needs, to train ourselves - with the body and mind - to open up to others, to reconnect.
