The fourth edition of the review Traces of Foliage takes us straight into the chaotic vortex of falling leaves. With “Leaves of Autumn”, the attention is all on them, a natural element rich in meanings, capable of accompanying autumn reflections, when the colors replacing green tease emotions and thoughts.
On Saturday, October 24 at 12:00 p.m., there will be "Those Recipes on Paper with the Italian Academy of Cuisine", at the Taverna Restaurant, a tasting of ancient Belluno recipes.
From recipe books, sheets slide out on which we have noted lists of ingredients and sketched the procedure to put them together to prepare a dish. These are usually the best recipes, those that have given us satisfaction and become treasures, heritage in the life of kitchens, where we take care of family and dear guests.
With the Italian Academy of Cuisine, we will discover that behind every recipe, behind every food, behind every flavor there is a custom that becomes a habit, there is a story that becomes tradition.
And with the telling of that story intertwined with the food we taste, the flavor changes and becomes emotion.
The tasting at the Taverna Restaurant of some traditional Belluno dishes will be accompanied by explanations from experts.
Participants are asked for a contribution of €20 for the tasting.
