Sunday November 8, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the farm La Frassina opens its doors to celebrate the autumn season with a special day dedicated to wine, nature, and culture. The event represents a unique opportunity to preview the novelties of the 2026 vintage and participate in a fascinating tasting journey focused on the different years of Chardonnay, guiding visitors to discover the evolution of wine in the bottle.Tastings and Food and Wine
Throughout the duration of the event, a tasting counter will be active (ticket 10 €), where enthusiasts can taste the entire selection of the winery's labels, including the prestigious Magnum Nicesolo. During the day, it will also be possible to participate in guided tours organized among the vineyards and the winery spaces (scheduled at 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:30 p.m.) to learn the secrets of winemaking. From 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., a refreshment area with porchetta sandwiches (2 €) will be set up, while at 4:30 p.m., the traditional roasted chestnut event "Castagne in lavatrice" will take place to bid farewell to the day in company.Nature, Workshops, and Cultural Events
The program offers appointments suitable for every type of audience. At 11:30 a.m., the "Hemingway Walking Tour" will begin, a suggestive Nordic Walking walk along the Nicesolo river to the fishing valleys of the Caorle lagoon, then returning through the vineyards while observing the rich local birdlife; the experience is enriched by the naturalistic photographic exhibition by Luca Benatelli, set up inside the winery.There is also space for the little ones from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with the creative workshop "The colors of autumn: little artists in the vineyard", an immersive activity between the collection and painting of leaves. The afternoon continues at 3:00 p.m. with the presentation of two literary works: the ironic novel "Tutta colpa delle vongole" by Federico Riccato and the scientific essay "Rotte mediterranee" by Sandro Carniel, which explores the environmental changes in our sea.
During the entire day, it will finally be possible to purchase the limited edition Christmas packages in advance.
