TEDxCaorle Returns: Save the Date for the 2nd edition on July 25!
Caorle is getting ready to host its second edition of TEDx, the event that brings the format of the famous conferences dedicated to “ideas worth spreading” to the world.
TEDx is the international format born from the experience of TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design), a non-profit organization founded in California in 1984 and famous worldwide for its multidisciplinary talks dedicated to innovation, culture, science, society, and creativity. TEDx events take this spirit on a local scale through independent meetings organized by communities and local volunteers. Participating in TEDxCaorle means taking home new questions, new perspectives, and ideas to cultivate: a fresh outlook and renewed energy. It’s an opportunity for those who love Caorle to come together for a moment of listening and inspiration, discovering new perspectives on what one is and can be.
The second edition will take place on July 25 in the picturesque piazzetta Mons. Marchesan, in front of the Sanctuary of the Madonnina dell’Angelo, with the sponsorship of the Municipality of Caorle.
The theme chosen for the 2026 edition is "Movement": an invitation to reflect on the changes that affect people, cities, relationships, and ideas in an ever-evolving reality. Through talks, testimonials, and moments of discussion, TEDxCaorle will address innovation, education, culture, relationships, and the transformation of territories, stimulating new perspectives and connections among people.
The program includes a series of TEDx Talks featuring speakers from different fields, inspirational stories, contributions dedicated to change, and opportunities for networking and dialogue among the audience, speakers, and volunteers. During the event, the six symbols chosen to represent the theme “Movement” — including the sea, the wind, the three moons, and the bird — will be explored as metaphors of transformation, resilience, direction, and freedom.
TEDxCaorle arises from the energy and passion of a group of volunteers who, through culture, innovation, and sharing, wish to enhance the territory and create new connections between people and ideas.
The first edition, hosted last December at the historic Ca’ Corniani Winery, sold out in less than a month, engaging the audience, speakers, and volunteers in an intense and participatory experience.
