The violence inflicted on women and minors during the perinatal period.
Although it has serious repercussions on the health of mothers and children, perinatal violence is often underestimated and still little studied even by professionals who meet women during pregnancy and postpartum.
In this module, we will reflect together on the available data, national guidelines, and regional anti-violence plans, the experiences of detection experimented by some health services, the useful signals that can be observed to help recognize and combat it, to start creating a space for listening, to orientate oneself on the network of dedicated services, and to begin to reveal our perspectives.
Meeting led by Luana Panichi and aimed at operators, parents, and significant adults.
