The meeting is part of the programming of Camminando Festival, experiences, sensations, emotions, a review that since 2016 promotes walking at 360° in Valbelluna, focusing on enhancing the environment and promoting psycho-physical and cultural well-being through access to quality content, including book presentations.
Andrea Bianchi, founder of Il silenzio dei passi, the first Barefoot Hiking school, will speak about Cold Therapy, also presenting his book in collaboration with I Cammini dell’Anima.
Since 2017, with the Academy Il silenzio dei passi, Bianchi proposes the Haute Mind method, a system of integrated practices in nature for psycho-physical well-being, where barefoot walking is accompanied by conscious breathing, grounding, bathing in natural waters, and cold management to develop internal heat.
Entry to the event is free.
