“A Line Upstairs” is the monologue of a flood in reverse written and performed by Matilde Vigna.
The story of the flood in Polesine in 1951 intertwines with that of an adult woman who, amidst separations, changes, relocations, and mortgages, tells us of a flood in reverse, full of houses, objects, and possibilities of choice.
