XIV edition of the conference cycle Mysticism, Music, and Medicine
In the form of an arch, the breath of humanity is depicted, between heaven and earth.
Shared knowledge, rediscovered legacies, crossovers of sensitivities, experiences, understanding. The arch is an ideal figure of a rooted path that materializes in the leap, an inspiring source of authentic dialogue, where the parts support each other for a common good without sacrificing, brotherhood without overriding, fostering personal growth without enclosing. By turning the gaze to the most distant past – the traditions, indeed – one grasps its generosity: a legacy that, if believed in, can be revisited also in light of the specificities and needs of this time, which can live again as a pulsating heritage. Not only; a legacy that can reveal itself in its perhaps underground but real motion of transmission, to draw bridges, resonances, connections, to unveil a desire for inner search, depth in listening and observing. In the possible connectors and arch-shaped paths between places, epochs, symbols, there is the restitution of the image of the human creature in unity with itself and with the Divine, in harmony between oneself and the created world.
