The Municipality of Caorle is participating in the traveling environmental education project “Merceologiche in Piazza – What is this doing here?”, promoted by the Venezia Ambiente Basin Council in collaboration with Achab S.r.l.
The initiative aims to raise awareness among citizens and students about the correct ways to dispose of waste and to improve the quality of separate waste collection through practical activities, games, and animation moments.
During the morning, an informational gazebo will be set up with dedicated personnel. Interactive activities aimed at the public and some classes from the primary school of Caorle are planned, including quizzes, educational games, the “wheel of mistakes” on separate waste collection, distribution of informational materials, and small gadgets.
The initiative represents an important opportunity to promote correct behaviors in waste management, strengthen environmental education in the area, and directly involve children, families, and citizens in environmental protection.
