This year again, “The Week of Legality” returns, a series of initiatives aimed at raising awareness in the fight against the mafia and organized crime.
The program includes a meeting with Silvia Stener Cosina, the niece of Eddie Walter Max Cosina, a bodyguard of magistrate Paolo Borsellino, who was killed on July 19, 1992, along with other colleagues, in the massacre of Via d'Amelio in Palermo. Silvia keeps alive the memory of what happened, to restore dignity to the shattered lives and transform that tragic story into a collective memory.
Students from the “Lepido Rocco” Hospitality Institute and the “Enrico Fermi” first-grade secondary school will participate in the event. Stener will share her testimony and her commitment to the fight against organized crime, providing students with an opportunity for direct dialogue on civic responsibility topics.
