A suspicious track imprinted in the melted snow of late April; a few frames captured by a camera trap... It is spring 2018 and a pair of wolves has decided to occupy the magnificent and rugged territory of the Belluno Dolomites National Park. Three naturalists, regular visitors to these mountains, are willing to retrace them following 'The Wolves' Trail.'
The film tells this story of men following a family of wolves, a story of climbs, intuitions, dramatic failures, and unforgettable encounters.
