"Paths of the Soul" organizes Tuesday, July 28 the event "Herb Moon", an evening guided hike to discover the Prealps illuminated by the moonlight.
The meeting point is at 7:30 p.m. at the Piazza di Valmorel. From here, accompanied by guides Ester Andrich and Paolo Tormen, participants will follow the Troi dei Cavai trail until reaching Pian de le Femene, experiencing an immersive journey through nature, wild herbs, and nighttime landscapes, inspired by the energy and allure of the moon.
The hike is rated easy, with about 200 meters of elevation gain and a duration of approximately 4 hours.
Appropriate clothing for mountain hiking is recommended, including boots, a jacket, trekking poles, and a headlamp.
