The pediatrician Valentina Paolucci, also known as “the children's doctor” will guide us in this meeting focused on motherhood, which has profoundly changed over generations. Today, mothers are increasingly often workers, professionals, and entrepreneurs, women called to balance family care with their own identity, work, and personal space. Yet, especially during early childhood, they continue to bear a significant part of the educational, organizational, and emotional burden of the family.
The meeting will be an opportunity to reflect on the value of the maternal role and on the new challenges mothers face, questioning the possibility of finding a balance between caring for children and self-care.
At the center of the evening will also be the topic of family burden and the need to preserve a personal space and identity that do not get exhausted in motherhood. Recognizing one's needs and cultivating autonomy, in fact, does not mean taking something away from the family, but contributing to its well-being in a more conscious and authentic way.
Free admission until all available spots are filled.
