On Sunday, February 21 at 5:00 p.m., the show "The frog queen can't wet her feet" will take place at the Dino Buzzati Municipal Theater.
The frogs live peacefully in the pond, meeting by the banks for tea, hunting for insects, sitting on the bark of logs while telling each other old stories. One afternoon, something drops from the sky and sinks into the water. They all dive in out of curiosity, but it is Rachele, the fastest, who emerges happily with a crown on her head.
“Finally, we have a queen!” croak the frogs in chorus. However, from that day on, things in the pond change quickly; the frogs must obey the crazy laws of the queen, and for the love-struck Ciambotto, it is a great disappointment: no more tea and cookies, goodbye to romantic meetings and dreamy glances from his beautiful Rachele, who now dismisses him with indifference: “I don't know anyone with such a silly name!” Ciambotto does not give up and will seek a way to talk to her and get that cursed crown off her head... and it will be one of the most entertaining methods!
