Locanda Valmorel organizes "Meet the Producer", a monthly event dedicated to the realities that cultivate, raise, and produce in the area.
Each evening revolves around a different producer and their products, the stars of the menu dishes. Course by course, the producers themselves will share their work, the raw materials, the choices, and the stories behind what arrives at the table.
An experience at the table to learn about the area through its products and, above all, through the people who create them.
