We will take you into the woods to rejuvenate, to rediscover our biophilia through sensory contact with Nature, and to regain inner calm and balance.

Cost: 20 euros per person. This fee includes guidance from an Environmental Guide and a Forest Immersion Leader. The cost for a cycle of 3 immersions is €55.
