Reflecting on the events that inspire the epigrams, one is overwhelmed by the distressing feeling of a world imprisoned by itself, where everything is doomed to repeat; the proposed ways out of the most serious crises, wars above all, have so far been only partially explored and the protests of many who have advocated for peace and the recognition of the dignity of all human beings have remained, in essence, almost unheard.
The meeting is open to all citizens until seating is full.
