On March 19 at 5:00 PM, the Order of Architects of Belluno presents at Cinema Italia “The Time of the Mountain – ArchiteurAlpinA in Ten Stories”: a cinematic journey in ten stories, focusing on the new school complex in Puos d’Alpago.
The documentary features ten stories that tell of innovative projects in mountain contexts. It is not just a film, but a manifesto on the role of architecture in the future of alpine territories.
Directed by Francesca Molteni and Davide Fois, it spans over 1,200 km across peaks and communities. Among the highlighted projects is the new school complex of Puos d’Alpago, a symbol of local development.
The showcased works range from schools to infrastructure and regenerated villages. The film demonstrates how architecture can improve daily life and the environment. It gives voice to students, artisans, and administrators living in the mountains.
The evening will conclude with a debate among experts on the future of the "high lands".
