The route of the Giro del Lago di Santa Croce in the Run, Handbike, and Bike versions starts from the central square of Papa Luciani in Puos, touching the locations of Farra, Poiatte, Santa Croce del Lago, La Secca, Bastia d’Alpago, before returning after about 17.4 km to Puos, arriving at the main square of the village.
The Pedestrian route is combined with the classic Giro del Lago di Santa Croce for both the start and finish. The 7 km long route begins on via al Lago, then moves along the bank of the Tesa stream, at the height of the sports facilities of the Unione Montana dell’Alpago, from Puos towards Farra, crossing the picturesque nature oasis close to Lake Santa Croce, before reaching the village of Bastia and ascending along the cycling path to the height of the Puos nursing home, before returning to the paved road, traversing a stretch of Via Roma, and then proceeding towards the finish on via Verdi.
The Skate route is also combined with the classic Giro del Lago di Santa Croce for both the start and finish. The course, 4.8 km long, is completely flat and on a paved road. It winds along via al Lago and via Turatti, from Puos towards Farra, before turning right on via Matteotti and then reaching the roundabout that leads to via Roma, the long straight stretch that leads to the finish on via Verdi.
Along the route and at the finish, always in Piazza Papa Luciani in Puos, free refreshment stations will be set up.
