At Prà del Moro we will meet at 6.15 p.m. for the Full Moon Yoga with Valentina Pante, certified yoga therapist.
She says about herself: “My intent is to spread and to allow the experience of therapeutic yoga practice, as a tool for prevention, care, and therapeutic yoga for me is the sacred bridge where the science of the mind and body meets interoceptive awareness and neurosomaticity. To teach it means to offer a concrete tool to dissolve psychosomatic tensions, inhabiting the body with presence, kindness, and trust in its innate capacity for self-healing and blossoming.“
Valentina will suggest a gentle yoga, suitable for everyone, even for those who are trying it for the first time.
The lesson will be free, those who wish can voluntarily leave a donation for our cause, and registration is done by filling out the form, where there is also all the information on time, place, clothing, etc.
