For the summer of 2026, the first year of activity of “Collective Circuits”, the three-year intervention plan in youth policies of ATS VEN_02 – Feltre, expressive workshops of social circus, physical theater, and performance art have been organized to promote the development of psycho-emotional, social-relational, and motor skills.
This is the calendar of the workshops, proposed and coordinated by Paolo Rech, a professional puppeteer, street artist, and teacher, graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures:
- From Monday, June 22 to Friday, June 26 in Feltre, in the area of Pra’ del Moro, with the Circo Patuf.
Focus: juggling, clowning, and physical theater.
Objective: to use Circus as a “protected space” for managing mistakes and risks. Clowning as a tool to break down prejudices and enhance self-esteem.
The activity does not aim at competition but at discovering one's expressive potential through play. The path develops in three phases:
The listening of the body
Use of mirror warm-up marked by music and body percussion to feel one's presence in space.
Juggling and Fantasy
Unconventional use of tools (handkerchiefs, balls, hoops) to stimulate creativity and put each participant at the center of attention.
Relationship and Socialization
Participants work in pairs to develop trust in others and collaboration, learning that the main objective is to believe in their own possibilities.
Pedagogy
The approach follows a playful-educational methodology aimed at building confidence in oneself and with others.
Recipients
The workshop is adapted to the skills and abilities of each individual participant, ensuring an inclusive experience for all.
