An exciting night walk through the woods of Cavarnere, among beech, hornbeam, and pine trees, we will listen to the voices and silences of the woods and stories and legends of the past, tales of mysteries and legends balancing between sabbats and ancient rituals.
It is said that the center of a centuries-old trunk of majestic beech trees in the Cavarnere forest was the usual meeting place for a group of witches who, on moonless nights, gathered to invoke their satanic rituals... But is it true? What is real and how much is a mixture of fears, impending winters, and popular tradition?
This year, singers and guides of the "Spettacolo di Mistero" will be the "Insolito Gruppo", the "Trio Porco", and the Dolomiti Super Pole group with a performance of dancing circles. Moreover, among Om Selvarech, witches, and legends, there will be plenty of time to discover the flavors of tradition such as traditional minestrone, not forgetting the mulled wine with chestnuts that warms both body and soul.
The simple yet suggestive route proposed by the Pro Loco di Trichiana is 6 km with a 120 m elevation gain to be covered in 4 hours for a long night different from the usual.
