From Thursday, September 3 to Sunday, September 6, the "Carbonara Festival" will be held at Piazza dei Martiri in Belluno.
Visitors can taste the most famous dishes of Roman Cuisine: Pasta Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana, as well as Carciofo alla Giudia, Fiore di Zucca, Supplì, Abbacchio Scottadito, Porchetta d'Ariccia, Maritozzi, and much more.
Vegan and vegetarian options will be available, along with a certified and uncontaminated food truck where you can taste the 3 First Dishes of tradition and Original Porchetta from IGP castles, gluten-free.
Tables and benches will be available for comfortably enjoying lunch and dinner.
DJ Set on Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Stornelli Romani and Live Italian music will accompany the event on Saturday from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (with artists directly from Rome).
