With the support of the Municipality of Caorle, the second edition of Caorlè Fumetto returns, the festival dedicated to the world of comics and creativity, designed for children, teenagers, and enthusiasts, organized by Valentino Villanova and Only Comics.
After the success of the first edition, the festival expands with an even richer program: new guests, workshops, exhibitions, and meetings will transform the city into a reference point for comics and drawn culture.
The event is open to everyone — families, students, curious individuals, and enthusiasts — and offers an engaging experience that goes beyond entertainment, enhancing comics as a creative, educational, and cultural language.
A large space will be dedicated to the KIDS Area, an environment designed for the little ones, where they can experiment with drawing, color, and comics through creative workshops and interactive activities.
The program also includes manga and drawing workshops aimed at teenagers and aspiring comic artists, offering the opportunity to learn techniques, proportions, character creation, and storytelling, guided by industry professionals.
Throughout the day, a lively Artist Alley will be active, serving as a meeting space between the public and artists, where illustrators and comic artists will work live, create drawings on request, and showcase their works.
There will also be talks and meetings with nationally prominent authors and professionals, who will share experiences and behind-the-scenes insights related to the world of publishing, animation, and character creation.
Within the festival, there will also be an award ceremony for the Ethical Sports Card contest, in the presence of representatives from the Veneto Region, with the exhibition of comic strips created by students on the values of sports, such as fair play, respect, and commitment.
The drawing workshops for children scheduled are free, but places are limited.
