Baskin, inclusive basketball, is a sport that was born about 20 years ago and has recently experienced significant expansion due to the fact that it allows able-bodied and disabled players, males and females, young and old, to play together according to their abilities.
Born in Italy and subsequently spread across Europe, it is a sport recognized by the CIP (Italian Paralympic Committee) and is one of the disciplines of the EISI (Italian Organization for Inclusive Sports).
Baskin games are not just a sports spectacle, where the competition and sweat of the athletes are present, but also a wonderful moment of integration, where the differences in ability among the athletes do not fade away but are instead valued, so that everyone can contribute to victory with the maximum effort possible.
