Tourism is much more than an industry: it is a collective practice, made up of relationships, skills, and territories. For this reason, in Borgo Valbelluna, we have created "Living Tourism", a project designed to train citizens and businesses and make them protagonists of conscious and quality hospitality.
This series of courses and meetings is completely free and represents a unique opportunity to grow personally and professionally, contributing to enhancing our territory.
The courses will take place from October 14 to April 30, with a Christmas break (December 20 - January 6) and an Easter break (April 2 - 7). Each module has a limited number of spots (maximum 20 participants) to ensure the highest quality of the training experience. To obtain the certificate of participation, a minimum attendance of 70% of the lessons is required.
Module 1 WELCOME: This module will teach you how to best welcome every type of guest, enhancing the uniqueness of our territory.
Module 2 COMMUNICATION: A comprehensive module to learn how to effectively communicate your business and the territory, both online and offline.
Module 3 English Speaking: A practical and direct approach to communicate with tourists in a natural and fearless way.
In addition to the courses, there will be in-depth evenings open to everyone:
Friday, December 12: Safety in the mountains with Fabio Bristot.
Friday, January 9: The tourist product with the DMO Dolomiti Bellunesi Foundation.
Date to be determined: Meeting on slow tourism.
Registration opens on September 1 and closes on October 5. Remember that spots are limited to 20 participants per module, so don't wait until the last minute!
Course presentation evening: Wednesday, September 24 at 6:00 PM
