Feltre-Alleghe, Piani di Pezzè
The ascent to Piani di Pezzè begins in the center of the town of Alleghe, measuring 4.8 km, with an overall elevation gain of 472m, and features slopes exceeding 18%.
The most challenging points are represented by the "Riva de Col de Mies," a 500m wall positioned halfway up with slopes of 20%, and the "Riva de Coi," the final steep section of about 550m leading to the finish line at Piani. The start of the ascent is immediately vertical before tackling several bends always on a sustained slope. After reaching the fourth bend, one of the most demanding sections begins: "La Riva de Coldemies," a vertical rise of about 500 meters that surpasses the homonymous hamlet, with slopes exceeding 18%, interrupted by two bends that lead into the only brief breathable stretch of the ascent.
The route continues on more rideable slopes until 500 meters from the finish where the second wall lies in wait: 500 linear meters with slopes up to 20% on this segment of climb called "La Riva de Coi." This second wall leads directly to the finish line at Piani di Pezzè, where the view opens up to this magnificent green plain in summer and a white paradise for skiing during the winter season.
