The Educational Archaeological Park of Livelet was created to enhance the archaeological site of Colmaggiore, an area located between Lake Lago and Lake Santa Maria, inhabited since the Neolithic era. A pile-dwelling village has been reconstructed, consisting of three stilt houses, one of which rests directly on the water. The park also features facilities dedicated to educational activities and a picnic area with barbecues for families. A short nature trail allows visitors to learn about and explore the characteristics of the natural environment and the habitat where this ancient prehistoric site arose.
