Fraction formerly dependent on the Church of S. Stefano di Cadore since 1204 under the jurisdiction of the Patriarch of Aquileia and the archbishop of Udine and since 1848 of the Bishop of Belluno. The first church was built in 1548 and was demolished in 1857. The current Church was begun in 1847 and completed in 1853. It was consecrated by Bishop Renier in 1858. Its neo-classical style was designed by the architect G.Segusini, the main altar from 1699, a copy of G.B. Vicars from Valle di Cadore, the laterals of 1770 were donated by the Church of Candide in 1853. The frescoes by G. Zanzotto from Treviso (1928). The 1860 bell tower is the work of the engineer Pante from Feltre. The paintings “Madonna del Patrocinio” and the “SS. Trinity" by unknown authors.
