The restaurant of the Al Moro hotel offers a wide range of traditional dishes from the Belluno and Veneto cuisine. The dishes are prepared and cared for by our chefs and are guaranteed by forty years of family management, while the smile and warmth of the staff enhance the served dishes. The proposed dishes are the result of recipes linked to the values of the past, which still preserve the ancient flavors of herbs, mushrooms, and the genuineness of local products. Among the first courses, the dish par excellence is the famous "risi e bisi," but it is also prepared with bruscandoli, asparagus, and Treviso radicchio. The second courses featuring locally farmed meat, game (roe deer, chamois, deer), rabbit, or pork are highly appreciated. A good plate of mountain cheeses and local dairies, well presented and accompanied by side dishes and vegetables, is certainly an ideal break before dessert, whetting the appetite of the diners.
