The name “Valonier” evokes the place where Paola and Luigi, along with their son Efrem, have worked and cultivated the land for generations, with the aim of preserving a corner of nature that has accompanied the family's history and is now shared with guests.
In 1999, Agriturismo Valonier was established, with the intent to offer an authentic culinary experience, based on the flavors of traditional farming and a simple, family-style hospitality.
