Agriturismo Arneroni offers cuisine linked to the Venetian tradition, based on the quality of raw materials and respect for seasonality.
On weekdays, at noon, a fixed-price menu is available, while on weekends typical Venetian dishes are proposed.
The agriturismo is closed on Sunday evenings.
The pork and poultry, strictly free-range from the farm, along with products from the seasonal garden, represent the added value of traditional cuisine, healthy and flavorful, that enhances the authentic flavors of the territory.
Among the most representative seasonal dishes are cured soppressa aged for at least six months, homemade bigoli with duck, guinea fowl in peverada, and spiedo trevigiano from Alta Marca, authentic cornerstones of the gastronomic offering. The preparations are carefully paired with the wines of the farm, to enhance the harmony of flavors and the pleasure of conviviality.
The typical menu, accompanied by wines from the region, includes products of own production, including sopresse and the wine from Agriturismo Arneroni.
In particular:
-
The Prosecco Extra Dry, an elegant sparkling wine, pairs with appetizers and concludes the meal with dessert;
-
The Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13, a structured and pleasantly complex white wine, pairs ideally with the first courses;
-
The Carménerè, a DOC Piave red wine, enhances the second courses thanks to its structure and richness in anthocyanins, natural antioxidants.
