Thanks to a detailed study, they have managed to create a catalog field dedicated to biodiversity. It is a living archive composed of hundreds of apple, pear, plum trees, and American vines belonging to some varieties at risk of extinction.
An area has also been set up for the establishment of a non-intensive certified organic orchard. All of this is aimed at saving and enhancing local fruit plants that are vigorous and strong, requiring no special treatments.
