Owner and chef Paolo De Carli, along with his wife Mara, manage Trattoria Speranza, intimate and romantic, where dinners for couples, for families, and also business dinners can be held.
We also specialize in group lunches and communion lunches.
The establishment is family-run, and you can count on the friendliness and hospitality of our staff who are always ready to satisfy our guests. Our trattoria has an outdoor terrace with a playground.
We can offer all the ingredients for having a good time in good company, in a warm place, enjoying quality products. Our cuisine is authentic, and our strong point is the careful selection of products. All our dishes are homemade, using authentic recipes, artisanal methods, and in respect of Belluno tradition. In our kitchen, we use genuine high-quality products, employing, whenever possible, organic products that we personally purchase from local farms.
