The Piera Dolza Winery offers a unique product: the Torchiato, which is not just a wine but a cultural and environmental heritage deeply linked to the tradition and territory of Cansiglio. The production area of this wine, in addition to Fregona, also includes the municipalities of Sarmede and Cappella Maggiore. The Torchiato is a sweet and velvety passito wine, excellent as an appetizer or after a meal. The winery offers, in addition to tastings by reservation, direct and online sales not only of Torchiato but also of other products such as Boschera Igt from the Treviso Hills and Grappa di Torchiato from Fregona.
