In Valbelluna, more and more young people are choosing to "return to the land." This is the case of the agricultural cooperative "Pascolando," founded by a group of friends who decided to dedicate themselves to the breeding of dairy cattle aimed at cheese production. To do this, they reopened Malga Van, transforming the milk in the ancient dairy of Valmorel.
Exemplary is the commitment of the members of "Pascolando," where the principle of "everyone does everything" is followed to the letter. Everything is shared with the logic of rotation applied in the Valmorel Dairy.
In rotation, the members of the agricultural company "Pascolando" take care of the management of the animals, agritourism hospitality, and the sale of cheeses at Malga Van.
