All'interno della tenuta Borgoluce, tra boschi, pascoli, vigneti e campi di cereali, l'azienda agricola, in equilibrio con l'ambiente, utilizza solamente prodotti genuini ed energia pulita. Nell'osteria Borgoluce si può scoprire la bontà dei prodotti, utilizzati per creare un menù ispirato alla tradizione, fatto di materie prime fresche e genuine. Ad accompagnare i piatti sono i vini di Borgoluce, e non solo. Oltre all'osteria, sono presenti anche la "frasca", luogo di ristoro per l’aperitivo o per una autentica merenda di campagna, e la vineria, dove si può degustare tutta la produzione della DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore.
