In an unspoiled location with a view of the Dolomites, the company produces fruit naturally, without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. What sets it apart is the fact that the harvesting, selection, and processing of the fruit before cooking is all done by hand.
A raw material of excellent quality, combined with the refinement of ancient recipes, allows for the release of intense aromas and flavors of ripe fruit upon tasting. Moreover, each jar contains a very high percentage of fruit and little sugar. Currently, raspberries, blueberries, currants, blackberries, figs, peaches, apricots, ancient varieties of apples, and pears are cultivated.
With all this fruit, flowers, shoots, and medicinal herbs, both classic and very special jams are produced. Excellent for breakfast or for making tarts, but also perfect when paired with cheeses. Recently, the business has expanded to include hospitality.
